Beautiful Villa in Tuscany: Villa La Scuola Vecchia

The Villa La Scuola Vecchia, in the hamlet of Vergelle in Tuscany (Google map), is part of an old school building that was fully renovated in 2008 and is a large 3 bedroom property, which provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people.

It is a beautiful bright and spacious house spread over three floors and includes a private outdoor garden and patio area for soaking up the sun or enjoying a bbq.
Outside the house you will find a large swimming pool set into Tuscan hillside. The pool is shared with the other apartments and includes a changing area.

Across the cobbled road from the house is the lovely trattoria where you can find a delicious meal for lunch or dinner, or grab a morning coffee and pastry while taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding hills. Everyone will enjoy the beautiful food in Tuscany!

The first floor comprises a large lounge room with a lovely stone fire place. This room adjoins a spacious and fully functioning brand new kitchen with a large dining room table seating 8. A small bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor. The kitchen opens out to the private patio with a built in brick bbq.

The two main double bedrooms, with king size beds, are located on the second floor, one with a balcony overlooking the private garden, the second with double doors opening for views over the Tuscan hills. A large shared bathroom offers a power shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

Moving up to the third floor you will find a spacious open plan family room comprising one king size bed and two singles. This room leads on to the third bathroom which boasts a large Travetino bath with shower.
